We feature Irish, Bluegrass Jams, Open Mic, and special music events.
Niall O’Leary’s Irish Culture Night
Thursdays @ 10:30 PM: Niall O’Leary hosts Irish Culture Night. A distinguished musician (piano accordion, keyboards, spoons), Niall is also a former All-Ireland and World Champion, and founder of his acclaimed School of Irish Dance. Along with Irish musicians from across New York, the US, and around the globe, guest step dancers also join Niall Thursdays. Thanks to Niall, Paddy’s hosts one of the longest running Irish seisúns in New York.
All musicians & dancers welcome!
Fridays @ Paddy’s: The Prodigals
Fridays @ 11PM: Known for originating “jig punk”, The Prodigals blend Celtic traditional musical roots with modern rhythms. Gregory Grene (songwriter, accordion, vocals) leads the band, ever Friday (when not touring throughout New York and the US). Their recent album “Brothers” features additional vocals by Dave Fahy and includes Alex Grene (violin), Andrew Harkin (bass), and Brian Tracey (drums).

Saturdays @ 11PM: Bronx based New York Brogue highlights Paddy’s Saturday nights. The Brogue ‘blends an eclectic fervent mixture of traditional and contemporary with instrumental sets and ballads’, featuring singer and percussionist Danny Flinn, acclaimed Scottish fiddler Calum Pasqua, guitarist Matt Stapleton, and multi-instrumentalist Andrew Sharp.
